Below are The Board of Directors and the Officers who lead our chapter under Muskies, Inc.

Rich Gallagher, President

Rich Gallagher, President - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

My primary focus as your club President is to help promote musky fishing, develop new musky
stocking & research initiatives, and to continue to develop and grow our youth programs and youth
activities. I am also responsible for all operations and for working within our annual budget under the
guidelines set forth as a 501c3 organization. I report directly into the President of Muskies, Inc.

Dan Koniewicz, Vice President

Dan Koniewicz, Vice President - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

To facilitate two major muskie fishing contests known as the spring and fall "Challenge on the Chain"
for the FRV Chapter of Muskies Inc. This includes the collection of fish entries submitted into the
contest. Enter muskies releases in the MI web site. Enter Multi-Species fish into the contest
spreadsheet. Update contest standing each month. Prep and order yearly contest awards and
present at the FRV Chapter annual awards banquet.

Steve Crook, Secretary

Steve Crook, Secretary - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

Primary focus is to serve on the Executive Committee to help make decisions on important club
business, record board meeting minute notes for the Board of Directors meetings and submit them to
Muskies Inc. International. Secondary responsibilities including working with Illinois, Wisconsin, and
Indiana DNR biologists to support musky stocking and research throughout the Midwest. Also assist
in finding insightful speakers for club meetings.

Steve Kroll, Treasurer

Steve Kroll, Treasurer - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

Primary responsibilities as Treasurer are to maintain the financial books and records of Fox River
Valley Muskies Inc. Chapter-39. Responsibilities also include preparing the annual budget and
reporting on the Chapters financial results and present to the Board on a monthly basis and annually
to Muskies International. Position also entails fundraising activities for the Chapter and participating in
the youth programs. Position reports to the Chapter Board of Directors.

Mike Zaborowski, Youths

Mike Zaborowski, Director, Youth Fishing Programs - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

The "Youth Director" position promotes all-things kids and fishing for FRV Muskies. Primary
responsibilities include managing the annual Bartlett Kids Fishing Derby, a community-wide event.
Also, manage the Scouts fishing merit bade training held at the McGraw Wildlife Foundation. Drive
fund-raising activities centered on youth fishing programs and serve as the contact person for all
youth merchandise vendor solicitation.

Tony Hardin, Merchandise

Tony Hardin, Merchandise - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

To secure merchandise for club meeting raffles, tournament raffles and other fundraising avenues
through extensive vendor relationships. Purchasing and securing donations for necessary fundraising
objectives. Secure additional fundraising materials. Work with other marketing directors on
sponsorship initiatives.

Mark Lamont, Newsletter

Mark Lamont, Newsletter - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

To produce a newsletter for the FRV Chapter membership on a monthly basis that is accurate,
informative and educational. This position supports all Muskies Inc. Chapter 39 objectives and
members by assisting in all club sponsored activities that further the MI initiatives of Fisheries, Youth,
and Research. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a tournament entry database and
assisting with tournament planning, registration and setup activities.

Ken Miller, Contests

Ken Miller, Contests - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

Responsibilities consist of selling raffle tickets, preparing tournament bags which are given to each
angler during tournaments. Responsible for entering fish for the multi species contest along with
assisting with our FRV Banquet by contacting each winner to ensure they will be present during the
banquet.

Todd Minor, Speakers

Todd Minor, Speaker Director - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

The Speaker Director is responsible for hiring the speakers for the monthly meetings. This person
also negotiates the price and sees to their particular needs are met for that evening. The Speaker
Director is also responsible for seeking vendors for the annual pool demo. The Speaker Director must
have next year's speaker schedule finished before the end of December of the year previous along
with a yearly budget that must be approved by the board of directors.

Dan Lamkin, Show Coordinator

Dan Lamkin, Show Coordinator - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

Responsible for all activities pertaining to fishing trade shows. This includes booth set-up and
tear-down, and manning the area during the show. Additional responsibilities include helping where
needed during tournaments and youth events.

John Deutinger, Website

John Deutinger, Director, Internet Communications- Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

Responsible for the administration, planning and management of internet related club services for the
purpose of communicating information to the chapter BOD, members as well as non-members. The
topics of communication cross-functional boundaries within the FRV BOD. The position should also
be committed to supporting the initiatives of other board members or chapter committees (e.g. the
tournament committee, youth programs).

Jim Ziebka, Outings

Jimmy Ziebka, Outings - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

Primary job responsibility is to enable new and experienced FRV members to get together and learn
new bodies of water or share 'old' fishing grounds. This is accomplished by coordinating 2-3 major
outings per year. This includes set up of the trips in a timely matter so that members can plan
accordingly. Trips must be coordinated with holidays, tournaments, and other Chapter activities and
events. Position also requires participating in youth related events as needed.

Ken Sponseller, Membership

Ken Sponseller, Director, Membership - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

Duties as Membership Director first and foremost are to increase club membership through various
functions available to the club by educating potential members about our organization and it's
mission. Requirements of this position include encouraging and maintaining the membership base
through effective, positive communications during club meetings; this includes manning a "new
member station" during all club monthly meetings and special events. Accurate records of the entire
chapter membership base must be reported on during the monthly board of directors meeting.

Mike Piorkowski, General Meetings

Mike Piorkowski, Director, General Meetings - Fox River Valley Chapter-39 Muskies Inc.

A "general Director" position designated to help where needed during Club monthly meeting attendee
check-in and for club special events such as those centered on our youth fishing programs.
Responsibilities also include booth duty coverage during fishing shows throughout the year.
